We use a number of couriers and delivery methods, most now offer online tracking so please do check your inbox for our despatch confirmation email, it will include a link to the tracking website for your parcel, along with the tracking code. 

If that does not help then by, all means, do give us a call and we can do some more detailed research for you.

As a rule, we don't panic about deliveries until they are at least 24 hours late - things do occasionally go wrong but then they tend to sort themselves out. In reality, we can't actually do anything until parcels are a day or two late, so we do just have to wait for a bit before we can send out replacements.

If your order was shipped in multiple packets then it is not uncommon for the delivery to get split up - again we just have to wait a day before we can do any further chasing.

But in any case don't panic - if it doesn't turn up we will sort out a replacement for you no bother at all.
