We will happily sort out a pre-paid courier return label for you if either

a) your return is the result of a mistake on our part or

b) the items arrived damaged


We will email you a pre-paid label to stick onto the parcel, then you can just drop it off at a Post office / DPD drop-shop. We can also arrange courier collection if that's easier (but it does mean waiting about for the courier to arrive if we do it this way)
