We ship small items by Royal Mail, larger items by DPD or Parcel Force, & pallets using the Palletline network.
UK Dispatch times & latest ordering times:
We offer two service levels for most orders (depending on the size & weight of the things you have ordered:
Standard delivery in 3-4 daysWe will process and pack you order within 2 days and ship it by Parcel Force 48. So you will receive the delivery in 3-4 days.
Express delivery in 1-2 days
We charge a small fee for this upgraded service.
By selecting the express option your order will jump the queue & be packed in advance of any other 'standard orders'. It will also be shipped on a 24-hour courier service.
As a rule, if you select the Express option and order before 1PM then you should receive your order on the next working day. However, we do not guarantee next day delivery.
Tracking your campervan parts delivery:
Order sent by courier can all be tracked online, we will send you the tracking code and website details when they have been packed for despatch.
Parcel Force & DPD also provide text updates, while DPD also allow you to re-arrange the delivery in-flight and give you a 1 hour delivery time window
Pallet deliveries & Royal Mail deliveries can not be tracked online but we can check manually in case you have difficulties receiving the order, just drop us an email or phone our helpdesk team
Delivery days:Delivery is Monday to Friday.
We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.
Delivery address:We can deliver to your registered card address or anywhere else that is easier for you - just add an alternative address at the checkout.
Receiving your order:
A signature will be required on delivery of all larger orders shipped by Parcel Force. By signing for the delivery you are accepting that the courier has done their job and got the goods to you without damage. Please take the time to check that the packaging is intact. If you are unsure then please ask the delivery driver to note that the goods were damaged. This is really important as it allows us to chase the delivery firm for compensation in the event that they have dropped, kicked or otherwise treated your precious delivery badly.
Lower value, small, items sent by Royal Mail will not require a signature.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time and we have not contacted you please feel free to call or email us and ask what's going on - we can trace deliveries to see where they have got to. In general, we will leave things until a parcel is more than 24 hours late before proactively trying to track them down as 1 day delays are not uncommon in courier-land.
