As always our No Quibbles returns policy applies but windows are a bit of a special case as they are very easily damaged 

  • For windows you must check them as soon as possible and report any problems within 48 of receipt. 
  • We can not accept the return of windows  after this as they are easily damaged just sitting in your garage. 
  • We do automatically insure all window orders so please do tell us right away if you have a problem then we can get any issues sorted immediately for you.

If your window is smashed in transit we will of course immediately send you out a replacement - please don't feel like you need to send all the little bits of glass back to us. We believe you !!!

If you find a slight imperfection, such as a very small scratch on your glass, please do consider whether you really want to replace it or if you would be happy to accept a bit of a price reduction by way of compensation - we are open to ideas.

If you do need to return a piece of glass to us it's always very helpful if you can indicate the location of any minor damage with some sticky tape as it can be very hard sometimes to spot these things.
