Yes. Your consumer rights are very straight forward. If the window doesn't do what you expect of it then the retailer, that's us, is obliged to sort out your problem, replace faulty goods, or offer you a full refund.  Should a problem of any sort arise with one of our windows we will not see you stuck.

In addition we automatically insure all window deliveries at no cost to you so no worries if they get broken in transit.
